Contact and registration forms
When a form says “Prepare email,” the information stays in this page until you choose to open an email draft or copy it. You review and send that draft yourself. The website does not receive or retain that draft.
When direct submission is enabled, the form says “Send enquiry” or “Send registration request.” Your name, reply email, selected interest, and message pass through Cloudflare to Resend for delivery to the ministry inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information for spam protection. Only a successfully accepted email request leads to the thank-you page; delivery to an inbox and event attendance are not guaranteed.
The form receiver does not keep a separate submissions database and does not deliberately log form contents. Cloudflare and the email provider may retain technical or delivery records under their policies. The ministry receives and handles enquiries in its email inbox. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information or details about children in these forms.
The thank-you receipt uses temporary browser session storage only after a direct submission is accepted. No form contents are stored there.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries and event registration requests are kept in the ministry’s email inbox for up to 12 months from when they are received, then deleted. If you would like yours deleted sooner, email itsourturn12@gmail.com.
Your choices
You can contact the ministry directly by email instead of using the forms. To ask about access to or deletion of information you have shared with the ministry, email itsourturn12@gmail.com.

Google Maps
The donation page can show a Google Maps view of the Donation Hub. The map loads only after you press “Show map.” When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and use cookies under its own policies. You can also use the directions link to open Google Maps directly.
Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, social networks, maps, and email services open destinations operated by others. Their own privacy policies apply when you choose to visit or contact them.
